We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the purchased products by contacting us at customerservice@bfash.com, within 10 working days of receiving your order.

Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as an exchange or refund.

Our Customer Service will provide you with a Product Return Authorization number and a Product Return Form to be included with your return.

Upon reception of the Product Return Authorization number you will have 10 working days to make the item available for collection by our designated courier at no charge.

In the event of failure to meet these time frames, BFASH reserves the right not to accept the returned product. In this case, returns may only be exchanged for BFASH credit to be used against future purchases at bFash.com. Shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer.

Non-faulty items being worn or without the original tags cannot be accepted. Therefore, we strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tag and disposing the original packaging.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanged items will be only shipped after the returned products have been received.

Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will credit the original purchaser's credit card within a maximum of 10 working days. This period may be extended in case the Product Return Form is missing or incomplete.

If all the required conditions are observed, BFASH will refund the price of the item returned including sales taxes for all shipments within the USA and excluding shipping and handling charges.

International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.

Additional charges incurred due to a failure following this Return Policy terms and conditions will be deducted from the refund.

Instead of a refund, you may request a BFASH credit to be used against future purchases at bFash.com within one year from the date of issue.
